ABOUT ME
Hi, Im Liz, the owner/founder of Driver Training, I am a qualified ADI (Grade A Driving Instructor) with a C+E (Class 1 HGV) licence. I started Driver Training in 2018 when I mainly focused on B+E (car and trailer) training and tests and successfully helped many people pass their tests, the need for a test to tow a trailer has been removed so the business now focuses on C1 (7.5 tonnes) training and test. I also offer Towing Courses for those who have never towed before or need to brush up their skills and Confidence Building Courses for people wanting confidence driving their own larger vehicles (Motorhomes, Horseboxes etc). I am based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and cover the Sheffield test centre for C1 tests.

We have had an 8 metre Motorhome for 5 years and my husband has been telling me I should drive it for a long time but Ive always found excuses as I was petrified given its size! However after having Liz recommended by a friend I decided to bite the bullet and book a 3 hour lesson with her. I was extremely nervous but Liz was absolutely lovely, very patient and very helpful in pointing out many hazards and things to be aware of.
